Atlético Mineiro face their toughest test this season with the possibility of being crowned the best club in the world if they win the tournament staged in Morocco this week.

Coach Cuca has reformed the club after taking charge in 2011, he took them to the Minas Gerais state title in 2012.

After making signings such as Ronaldinho, Jo and Victor he started to transform the club and take them to new heights.

Mineiro qualifed for the 2013 Copa Libertadores after securing a second place finish in the National league.

Club hero Ronaldinho spoke to FIFA Brazil and applauded the works of Cuca: “Cuca deserves a lot of credit. He planned it all and went after players that would fit the way he wanted the team to play. It was no accident that everything fitted together so well.”

Atlético Mineiro will face Raja Casablanca on Wednesday for a place in the Final.
