Reports in Brazil suggest that the Brazilian international is on the verge of signing for São Paulo after the Paulista club had a €10 million bid accepted by Villarreal.

It’s understood São Paulo have offered the Brazilian international a five-year contract, but talks between the players agent, Orlando da Hora and representatives of the club are still on going.

”My wife Marisa and my children Fraibio, Tatiana, including Nilmar when he was small, were all São Paulo fans,” Nilton told Lancenet.

”Negotiations are well underway, but a salary still needs to be agreed. For me it would be wonderful, a dream come true.”
