“It is an enormous pride to serve the Brazilian national team. The emotion has been there since the first game that I remember, when I made my debut in 2013 with the main national team, up to today, with 150 games.”

“There are many good memories, a lot of learning, and for me, it is always an enormous pride to wear this jersey and represent my country. We know how much we give up in our lives to be here, but it is very gratifying and worth every minute, and we can enjoy these moments more and more,” she commented.

Tamires is also a reference for being immersed in Brazilian football. Born in Caeté, Minas Gerais, the full-back spent most of her career in Brazil.
