Atlético Madrid defender Filipe Luís has made his mind up regarding his future according to reports and will push through a move to Premier League side Chelsea.

Spanish newspaper Marca believe the full-back has already turned down a new Atlético contract and has now asked the club to lower his buy-out clause.

The Brazilian has a buy-out clause of €24 million, an amount Marca believe Chelsea will not be willing to pay.

Therefore the 28-year-old has inquired to the La Liga winners whether they can lower his buy-out clause, however this request has not been met well.

The Atlético board are frustrated by the request from Filipe Luís and the relationship between the previously popular player and the club is starting to sour.

With former team mates Diego Costa and Tiago on their way to Stamford Bridge there is no surprise the Brazilian is interested in moving to west London.

Whether or not Chelsea and Atlético can reach an agreement for the left-back, though, remains to be seen.
