Fluminense know that the pressure is on them as a leading club to overturn a 3-1 first leg deficit in the Copa do Brasil first round on Thursday evening; goalkeeper Diego Cavalieri has called for calm heads going into the game.

Cavalieri, with three caps for Brazil, told reporters that the match against Horizon was winnable: “Our only thought is to fight for a positive result. Our focus is on this game. We are working to make a good presentation. If not, we endure the consequences against a tough opponent.”

“We have to get the goal difference. We know that rankings will give us calm and a good environment to work in.”

Cavalieri has been at Fluminense since 2011 and will be one of the senior players that new coach Cristovao Borges will turn to to get the side over the line on Thursday night.
