Santos goalkeeper Rafael Cabral has confirmed that he has received offers from European clubs.

The young stopper is regarded as one of Santos’ key players, and has already been called up for Brazil’s national team.

Roma are the club he has been linked to more strongly, but other clubs are believed to be interested in his services.

Rafael spoke to reporters about the rumors, following Santos 2-1 defeat to Botafogo.

He said: “I am happy here, there are indeed some offers, but I am focused on the pitch, I let agent handle all that.

“I prefer not to say more as I don’t want to complicate my situation.”

Roma have offered €4 million for him, according to reports in Italian press, but he prefers not to worry about the rumors.

Rafael added: “I am calm, I am playing for Santos, I have always given my life for the club.”
