Brazil take on Denmark in a friendly on May 26th, and Muricy believes that Seleção coach Mano Menezes will include Arouca in his squad.
”I think Mano is listening to everything that is being said about Arouca, and I have the impression that he will give him an opportunity,” the former Fluminense boss told Globoesporte. ”He can bring a surprise, because he’s different.”
Arouca has yet to be capped at senior level for Brazil, but has played for the Under17s and the Under-20s.
