Speaking at a press conference in Dubai, Diego Maradona had acknowledged that the Brazilian youngster was a good player, but insisted he was not even in the same class as his compatriot, Lionel Messi.
”He took the wrong pill,” Maradona said. ”Instead of taking the sleeping pill he took the medicine in the morning. He got confused and didn’t know what he was talking about. I suggest that next time he take’s the right pills before making such a suggestion and that he also changes his doctor.”
Both Neymar and Messi have been included in the twenty three man short list for the 2011 FIFA Ballon d’Or award. The winner will be announced in Zurich on the 10th January, 2012.
