Accused of rape during his spell at Olympique de Marseille in March this year, Brandão, testified for about four hours, pointing out that he had a consensual relationship with the woman who accuses him of rape, now 24 years.
Brandao, who is still owned by Marseille, has a loan agreement with Grêmio until December 31 this year, although he has been out of action with injury in recent weeks.
