Club captain Andres D’Alessandro remains at Internacional despite the club receiving a big offer from Abel Braga’s Emirati outfit Al Jazira, however Colorado fans could be set to see another one of their stars leave in the coming hours. According to ESPN, the Copa Libertadores semi-finalists have reached an agreement with Sampdoria for the sale of their international left-back, Geferson.
Aged just 21, Geferson has had an excellent season so far for Inter and even managed to participate in the Copa America in Chile. He is expected to join the Genoese club at the weekend subject to medical examinations and sign a contract with the transfer fee thought to be aroumd 5.5 million euros.
