Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Internacional midfielder Charles Aranguiz this summer.
According to The Metro, the 26 year-old Chile international has been tipped to join a top European club for the past 12 months. The Blues are believed to have met Internacional’s valuation of £16.1 million and are now free to negotiate personal terms with the player. Premier League rivals Arsenal have also been keeping tabs on Aranguiz, while Marseille recently made an approach for his services.
