With the struggles of AC Milan in the recent times, coach Massimiliano Allegri is looking to bolster his back line with the signing of Doria.

If Botafogo hadn’t qualified for the Copa Libertadores, the club would find themselves with many problems, one of them is the departure of players.

With the departure of Clarence Seedorf inevitable to pursue a career in coaching, Centre half, Doria looks to be on his also.

Back in the summer of 2013, two European clubs in the shape of, Juventus and Barcelona, offered €10 million for his services, reports Lancenet, but the 19 year old chose to stay in Brazil for another year.

After signing a new deal, if the Italian giants want to sign the younster, €20 million would be the fee to lure Doria away from Botafogo.
