Kaká: There is more to come from me

Brazil captain Thiago Silva praises recently recalled Kaká

Neymar hails ‘wonderful" Kaka return

The Paris Saint-Germain defender, who started for Brazil on Thursday, is expecting today’s friendly to be a little harder than their 6-0 demolition of Iraq.

However, Silva believes that recently recalled Kaká has performed well considering his two-year absence, and will improve Brazil’s attacking threat even more today.

The 28-year-old said: “Everything is not perfect yet but against Iraq there were beautiful movements especially in attack.

“It looked like we had been playing together for a long time, and not that Kaká had just been recalled.

“Tuesday we have a very tough game against Japan but we hope that Kaká’s rapport and experience, will help us make a great game."

Kaká"s appearance for the Seleção against Iraq, in which he scored, was his first for his country since the 2010 World Cup.

Thiago Silva also commented on the last few performances of the national team, which have shown that the team is developing a defined style of play.

He added: “We have created a fixed identity, so that the Mano [Menezes] is only making a few changes.

“You will see the Seleção with a new face and defined style of play."

Today’s friendly with Japan, which is taking place in Wroclaw, Poland, kicks off at 13:10 BST and you can follow all the action on Sambafoot.
