Dorival Júnior announces first team call-up as Brazil’s coach for upcoming England and Spain matches

Dorival Júnior today unveiled his first squad as the head of the Brazilian National Team, introducing 26 players for the upcoming friendlies against England and Spain on the 23rd and 26th of March.

This announcement marks the beginning of his tenure, following his appointment last month. The final list of players, drawn from a preliminary selection of 35, was officially announced tomorrow at the CBF headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

  • Midfielders: André (Fluminense), Andreas Pereira (Fulham), André (Fluminense), Bruno Guimarães (Newcastle Utd), Casemiro (Manchester Utd), Douglas Luiz (Aston Villa), João Gomes (Wolverhampton), Lucas Paqueta (West Ham Utd), Pablo Maia (São Paulo)
