Globo Esporte published a report on the number of members of each club that will compete in the Brasileirao 2024, and the numbers revealed some surprises. Flamengo, despite having forged a reputation for being the team with the most followers on the continent, rank fifth in the number of members.

Leading the list is Palmeiras, with 176,521 members. They are followed by the two giants of Porto Alegre, while Atlético Mineiro are placed between Verdao and Rubro-Negro.
