Internazionale will target Udinese midfielder Allan in the summer transfer window, according to reports.

Sky Sport Italia, as cited by website Football Italia, claims that the Nerazzurri are ready to pursue Allan, who has been a standout performer for Udinese over the past three seasons.

The 24 year-old is out of contract in June 2016 and with Sporting Director Cristiano Giaretta conceding earlier this week that he could move on, Inter are seemingly in place to secure him.

A potential stumbling block over any deal however, could be Udinese’s price tag. They are believed to be valuing Allan at around €10 million – a fee that may be beyond Inter.

Moves for Manchester City’s Yaya Touré and Hellas Verona’s Jacopo Sala may also influence whether Inter push through with a concrete bid for Allan, but the Brazilian’s pedigree in Italy makes him a tempting proposition.

Since arriving from Granada, initially on loan in July 2012 and then permanently in July 2014 for a reported fee €3.5 million, he has made 113 appearances.

This season, he has been ever-present, featuring 35 times in all competitions, and has also scored twice.

Earlier in his career, Allan also featured heavily for Vasco da Gama and was part of a side that won the 2011 Copa do Brasil.
