The Brazilian will take model Laryssa Oliveira to court over insinuations she made on television that the 22-year-old cheated on his then-girlfriend Bruna Marquezine.
Laryssa made the allegations about the Barcelona man in December 2013 when she said in an interview with UOL Celebridades that she had had a ‘romance’ with Neymar when the player was at Santos.
Neymar has always denied the allegations.
“We’ve been friends since 2009. But in 2010 we hooked up a couple of times. Nowadays we are just friends. There are no feelings. Not on my part, nor on his.”
She went on to claim, however, that Neymar flew her out to Barcelona shortly before he split from the actress Bruna Marquezine.
