Paris Saint-Germain attacker Lucas Moura wants to make his mark with the Parisiens and is desperate to guide his new club to success in the years to come.

The 20-year-old moved to the French capital from Sao Paulo last month and is eager to make a name for himself at the Parc de Princes.

Lucas is keen to follow in the footsteps of fellow Brazilians such as Leonardo, Rai and Ronaldinho and win some silverware with Carlo Ancelotti’s side.

He told beIN Sport: “I’m very happy to be here. PSG are a big club and some fantastic Brazilian players have already worn the PSG shirt. I want to leave my mark here like they did.

“I want to win trophies and make the fans happy; they can be sure that when I step out on the pitch I’ll try my best to turn on the style and hopefully we’ll have a big party together.”

The Seleção international is set to make his Champions League debut in the round of 16 tie against Valencia on February 12, and is looking forward to next week’s first leg.

“Playing in the Champions League is a dream. I’m a bit apprehensive but I can’t wait to play in this great competition.

“It’s the biggest club competition around and the games are followed closely in Brazil. Every player dreams of playing in the Champions League.

“I’ve got that opportunity now and I’m really looking forward to it. I want to make the most of my chance.”
