Ramires is set to be axed from the Chelsea team to face FC Nordsjaelland as Rafa Benitez plans to field a restructured team according to reports in England.

Vote for Ramires and Oscar in the 2012 Samba Gold Trophy

The Daily Mirror reports the Blues boss’ future is already hanging by a thin thread and hopes to revives his fortunes by revamping his side ahead of the crucial Champions League clash tonight.

The tabloid believes that Benitez is unhappy with the Brazilian’s discipline in the centre midfield and would prefer a more defensive approach.

Benitez is also set to break up the attacking trio of Oscar, Eden Hazard and Juan Mata in favour of introducing Victor Moses to the first team.

The Spaniard is understood to believe that the trio are too similar to be effective as a unit and would prefer a more varied attack.

Ramires and Oscar are also one of our 30 nominees for the 2012 Samba Gold Trophy, which recognises the best performing Brazilian currently playing in Europe.
