Neymar, 20, was on the receiving end of a mistimed tackle from team-mate Rômulo, but asthe team boarded the coach, assured press that there was nothing to worry about.
The Santos prodigy is expected to lead the Seleção to Olympic glory this summer by many in his homeland, so his every move is currently the focus of intense scrutiny.
The Seleção will continue training in Brazil until Monday, before they board a flight to the United Kingdom four days before a friendly encounter with Team GB at Middlesborough’s Riverside Stadium.
