Firstly, the plan is to bring a Chinese player over to Brazil for the 2012 season, with more links to follow, including a suggestion of a Corinthians affiliated team in the Chinese league system.
The hope is first to bring over the player, then to tie-up contracts with the Chinese FA to fund an exchange partnership and see where the deal heads.
Corinthians are the first Brazilian club to look into this kind of deal in the Far East, in what is possibly a viable option for the future development of the country’s top clubs.
