However, following Corinthians dramatic final day title win, Paulinho has confirmed that he has signed a new deal with the Paulista club and will remain in Brazil for the 2012 season.
“There have been no other offers," confirmed Paulinho. “I am so grateful for the affection of the fans [who have been shouting for me]."
“It"s hard to talk about 2011 and the year that I had. I left Bragantino, a time much smaller than Corinthians, scored eight goals and helped Corinthians become champion of Brazil.
