Real and Chelsea seem to be the two clubs with the best chance of signing the young striker, with reports in Spain recently suggesting that a deal between Santos and the Bernabeu side had been agreed.

But Santos director of football Pedro Luis Nunes says the club have had no official bids for Neymar this summer, and is angry with the conduct of the interested parties.

“There is no agreement between any club and Neymar. I need to make that clear,” Nunes told reporters in Italy. “There is no firm proposal for him and it is just speculation circulating the market.”

He continued: “European clubs have a habit of talking only with the representatives of players, and if a club had spoken directly with the agent of Neymar and not Santos, we would file a formal complaint to FIFA.”

On the reports of a deal with Real Madrid, Nunes added: “I do not know if they have sat with the agent or the president. Any club that wants Neymar will have to sit exclusively with us.

“Otherwise, we will understand it as harassment and report them to FIFA, as we did with Internazionale and Ganso. We have no intention of selling any of our stars.”

The news comes shortly after Santos also warned Benfica they would report them to FIFA if they spoke to Danilo without their permission.
