Following a forgettable 2023, it’s time for the Brazilian national team to turn the page. With the Copa América on the horizon, the Seleção start a new era with Dorival Júnior as manager, and they will reportedly do so with a new uniform.

Footy Headlines leaked the supposed Brazil home jersey for 2024, with a design reminiscent of the one they used two decades ago. The big news is the presence of the crest in the center of the chest, something that hasn’t happened since 2004.

The design by Nike also features details referencing Brazilian culture, flora and fauna, as well as a green V-neck and sleeve endings. Additionally, the motto “Brazil for everyone” is included along with part of the flag inside the jersey.

The iconic Nike logo will be placed on the left side of the chest, making the connection with the “Total 90” model from several years ago inevitable.

Brazil are expected to don the new uniform for the first time in their upcoming friendly against England on Saturday, March 23rd at Wembley, although it’s uncertain whether they’ll use the home or away kit. Three days later, Dorival’s team will take on Spain at the Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid.
