Cristiano Ronaldo’s absence is notable, mirroring Neymar’s 2022 dream team selection which also omitted Ronaldo but included five Real Madrid players: Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Kaka, Robinho, and Vinicius Jr.
That team also featured Victor Valdes, Messi, Thiago Silva, Dani Alves, Ronaldinho, and Mbappe, without Ronaldo Nazario, Julio Cesar, or Andres Iniesta.
