Brazilian star Neymar has today turned 22. His friends and colleagues did not forget with many messages being posted in homage to the Barcelona star.
One of the first was Robinho, who posted a photo of the two playing together for Brazil with the message: “Happy birthday, Neymarvellous. May God bless you always.”
Teammate Daniel Alves posted a photo of the two together on a Barcelona awayday with the message: “A brother who I want by my side forever.”
Captain of the Seleção, Thiago Silva, also sent a message to the birthday boy. The PSG centre-back recently said that he would die for Neymar and in his message he referred to the “genuine friendship” that the two enjoyed together.
As well as posting a message of congratulations for Neymar, Real Madrid’s Marcelo didn’t forget to congratulate teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, who also celebrates his birthday today.
