It was the sixth goal this season in La Liga for the Brazilian striker, who started the tournament in a bad way by going 11 games without scoring. He was substituted in the last minutes, which earned him a standing ovation from the Santiago Bernabéu crowd.

Carvajal, a new injured person for the Real Madrid infirmary

It was not Real Madrid’s best game, but it was enough for them with Rodrygo’s goal plus Brahim Díaz’s first, after a delicious assist from Toni Kroos, to take the victory, add 35 points and remain in the lead alongside the surprising Girona.

Merengue‘s busy schedule will continue on December 9 when they visit Betis for the local tournament and then on December 12 they will play their last remaining Champions League group match against Union Berlin. He will play that match with the peace of mind that he is already classified and with first place assured.

A great season despite having several of its figures injured such as Vinicius Junior, Camavinga, Courtois and Modric, among others. The last to join the infirmary was the full-back Dani Carvajal, with an ailment in his left calf that will keep him away from the playing fields for at least a month.
