A regular at Brasileirão champions Corinthians at the age of 18, forward Malcom is attracting interest from European clubs.
Malcom, who has a contract until December 2019, leaves the future in the hands of his representatives, but expressed his desire to stay at Timão in 2016. He was promoted to the professionals by Mano Menezes, and in two years, he has played 71 matches and scored nine goals. Fernando Garcia owns 70% of the economic rights of Malcom, and the remaining 30% is with Corinthians. Malcom said: “I hear speculation, but for my part, I prefer not to know. I leave it to my family and representatives, because otherwise it hinders my performance in games. But I’m quiet, I intend to stay at Corinthians. My desire is to stay, but we’ll see. I hope to have more good years like this. I want to be back well in 2016 and keep the pace.”
