Former Chelsea defender Juliano Belletti believes this is Brazil’s best chance to beat rivals Argentina.
Argentina will be without key men Lionel Messi and Sergio Aguero for this vital clash as both teams having lost one game so far.
However, Belletti was confident Brazil can make it two wins in a row on Thursday.
“The Brazilian team arrives well, the Argentina squad is full of questions which should give (Brazil) good confidence as well.
The former Chelsea star also pointed to the return of talisman Neymar as the component that might swing the game to his teams favour.
The Barcelona forward who arguably scored the goal of the season so far in the 3-0 win over Villarreal last weekend returns after suspension.
Belted said the absence of Messi would give Brazil the best chance to beat their arch rivals and take up a promising position in qualification.
“It’s really very difficult to play against Argentina. But I do not think they will have a better time than this to face Argentina…”
He pointed to the injuries of Aguero and Carlos Tevez as a massive blow which may give Brazil the slight edge.
The teams will face off on Thursday in the third round of the South American qualifiers.
