Hulk wants to continue working at Zenit even after retirement

Best player of the last round of the Champions League and star of the only team with a 100% success in the competition, Hulk is having a flawless campaign at Zenit.

Hulk expressed his happiness at the Russian side, and revelaed that he would like to continue working at Zenit as an observer to discover young talents. Hulk was the only player to be included in the best XIs of all three rounds of the Champions League, and is also the top-scorer of the Russian league. He told the club’s website: “I do not see me out of the world of football. Of course, sooner or later I will have to retire. So I would like to continue working at Zenit. Perhaps not as a coach right away, but first as an observer to help the club to look for new talent in Russia and around the world.”

He added: “I feel completely adapted in the city and club. Now, this is my home. I have a great relationship with the fans, with other players and with a club that makes me feel confident, that allows me to show on the field that I have found my best football.”
