Manchester City are already planning for the start of next season and have set their sights on signing Hoffenheim’s Roberto Firmino.
The 23 year old Brazilian has had a great couple of seasons in Germany and has broken into the Brazil squad. In four games for the Seleção he has two goals including the winner in their 1-0 win over Chile in March.
It is believed that City would have to splash around £20 million to land the attacking midfielder who has averaged a goal every three games for his current team. Arsenal and Manchester United are also watching proceedings very closely.
