Corinthians face Guarani tonight in Paraguay in their round of eight first-leg Copa Libertadores match, seeking a good result to take back to the Itaquerão stadium for next week’s return tie.

Timão coach Tite’s side has benefited from two weeks of rest without official matches and his entire squad is now available with the exception of Emerson and Stiven Mendoza, both suspended following their dismissals against in Corinthians’ final group game against rivals São Paulo.

Peruvian striker Guerrero will make his comeback following an absence of three weeks after he contracted dengue fever. He will be partnered by youngster Luciano, making his first ever start in this competition, while Tite’s second change will be in defence with the return of Fabio Santos.
