Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho has spoken of the warmth he feels from City fans and how he would love to win further trophies for them.
The Brazilian won the Premier League title last year in his debut season at the club and wants to win it again to repay the support.
“What I want the most is to win titles for City because I already feel an enormous warmth for everyone here.”
City slipped further behind Chelsea in the title race at the weekend but Fernandinho isn’t panicking just yet.
“It is not a gap that we wanted because we would like to have been in front of them, but it is what it is. I believe we have the ability to catch them up in the table and be there to battle for the title in May.”
