Brazilian striker has got the green light from coach Mircea Lucescu to go to Rome.
With the player willing to join Roma and the approval of coach Lucescu already in hand, the only thing stopping Luiz Adriano from being a Roma player would be the new demands of the Ukrainian club. As reported by SportMediaset, AS Roma have offered €2 million initially, plus €8m to buy him later on in the summer but Shakhtar are demanding a total of €12m to release the striker. Earlier, Luiz Adriano had made it clear that he’d leave Shakhtar if the proposal satisfies his club. Shakhtar CEO Sergei Palkin told: “We are dealing. We will see in the next few days.”
