Fans of Shakhtar have chosen Manchester City’s Brazilian midfielder Fernandinho as the best Brazilian footballer to have ever played for them. Shakhtar bought him from Atlético Paranaense in Brazil and he played there from 2005 to 2013. Jádson, who currently plays on loan at Corinthians, came second in the voting. Jádson was also bought from Atlético Paranaense and wore their shirt from 2005 to 2011. Brazilian striker Luiz Adriano, who has been with the club since 2007, came third with 10% of the votes.
