Manchester United reportedly sent scouts to Benfica to keep tabs on Anderson Talisca in the Champions League in midweek.
The Brazilian midfielder has emerged as a key player for the Portuguese side this season and the 20-year-old scored the winning goal as they beat Monaco 1-0 on Tuesday.
A Bola have reported that the Premier League giants dispatched a contingent to track the performance of the Brazilian.
Speaking earlier this week, Talisca said about the speculation: ‘I am only thinking about Benfica. I know I am able to learn things from watching this wonderful group, with its supporters and its coach [Jorge Jesus]."
