PSG defender Marquinhos is on the verge of completing a move to Catalan giants Barcelona, according to reports in the Spanish media.
The 20 year-old, who only moved to Paris a year ago from Italian outfit AS Roma, is believed to have already agreed personal terms on a €35 million move to Barca, wasting no time in furthering his career after his current employers forked out a cool €50 million for compatriot david Luiz.
Marquinhos, who is rated as among the brightest defensive talents in the game, missed out on a call-up to Brazil’s World Cup squad, a situation that was partially created by a lack of game time in the season just passed.
