Argentina Head Coach Alejandro Sabella insists he’s “not worried” about Lionel Messi.

The 26 year-old, who has been capped 83 times at international level, scored 36 goals for Barcelona this season, but has sometimes appeared frustrated in what has been a disappointing campaign for the Catalan side.

“I’m not worried about Messi. Far from it – he’s looked good whenever I’ve seen him,” Sabella told Ole, as reported by Football Espana.

“The thing is that when a club like Barcelona, who are used to winning, lose, then people get upset Barcelona players aren’t used to that sort of stuff.

“But experiences like that make you stronger. Messi is a top professional.”

Argentina have been drawn in Group F alongside Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iran and Nigeria. La Albiceleste open their campaign against Bosnia at the Estádio do Maracanã on 15 June.
