One of Brazil’s hopefuls for the upcoming World Cup, Lucas Moura, has been handed the chance of more regular fooball at his club side PSG following a hamstring injury to talismanic striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and insists that the return leg of their Champions League quarter final with Chelsea is one that they can win after tallying up a 3-1 first leg advantage.
Moura, 21, had been a peripheral figure for the French team since the turn of the year but can now count on more game time at the Parisian club and told L’Equipe: “We have a great advantage. We will be very focused.”
“It will be hard but we can do it. We have a responsibility to finish the job.”
With Edinson Cavani expected to fill Ibrahimovic’s more central role, Moura will assume duties out wide and will see it as an opportunity to cement a place in Luiz Felipe Scolari’s World Cup 23-man squad.
