Milan vice-president and C.E.O. Adriano Galliani is not in Brazil to sell Robinho to Santos, according to the player’s agent Marisa Ramos.

Galliani was reportedly set to hold talks with Peixe officials about a potential deal to allow the 29 year-old to return to the club where he started his career. Ramos, however, denies this.

“There are no negotiations going on,” the agent told Lancenet. “Every time that Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani comes to Brazil there are these transfer rumours…”

Santos attempted to re-sign Robinho in the summer, but negotiations fell through and he eventually agreed to extend his contract with Milan.

The forward has not been a regular at the Rossoneri this season, but was surprisingly recalled to the Brazil national team for the November friendlies against Honduras and Chile. He scored against the latter.
