Clearance Seedorf has stated that he will snub the AC Milan job if it came available after the poor start Massimiliano Allegri has given himself.
Seedorf has been linked with the job in the recent months, and has stated that would turn to coaching after finishing his playing career.
The 37 year old, Botafogo midfielder, said in an interview with Brazilian TV: “There has been a lot of talk and for me it would be great (to be coach Milan), but I don’t want to say anything about the future because it takes away the focus.”
The Rosseneri coach eased some of the pressure on his shoulders after defeating Celtic last night in the Champions League, 2-0.
Seedorf’s current aim is to help Botafogo qualify for the Copa Libertadores next season.
“My focus is on those two matches. We have shown that we are going to fight until the end. We have shown character and now it depends on us.”
