Lucas Moura is still happy at PSG despite the departure of Carlo Ancelotti and Leonardo from the club this summer.
Leonardo has resigned from his position of sporting director after a nine-month ban and Ancelotti has left for Real Madrid.
But Lucas Moura insists he is happy in the French capital and says he does not know the reason behind Leonardo’s decision.
“Leonardo told me that him leaving was a possibility. He is a great person and he brought me here,” he told UOL Esporte.
“I do not know his real reason for leaving, the ban is certainly too great for him. PSG will continue without Leonardo.”
PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi was in agreement and says that Leonardo’s departure will not halt the club’s progress.
“The project does not end with one person. Nothing can stop PSG’s continued growth.”
