Tigres" Brazilian manager Ricardo Ferretti has ruled out the possibility of becoming the next  Mexico national team boss.

Mexico"s current manager José Manuel de la Torre is under risk of being sacked as the Tricolor keep struggling this year.

But Tuca Ferretti has ruled out the possibility of replacing De La Torre. He is quoted by ESPN Brasil as saying: “I don"t to become the [Mexican] national team manager. El Chepo is there and he has to stay and solve the team"s problems."

Mexico were beaten by Panama in their Gold Cup debut, increasing rumors that the current manager will be sacked.

Ricardo Ferretti though prefers to focus on Tigres, he said: “Some months ago he was considered the 10th best manager in the world, but now since he is not getting results they want to sack him. I completely trust him.

I won"t leave Tigres, I don"t care about the [Mexican] national team and if I ever did, I think they would have given me a chance. I only want that Chepo and the [Mexican] national team do well."
