Ramires forced a replay for Chelsea as they stunned Manchester United with a second half comeback to make it 2-2 on the night in the FA Cup semi-final at Old Trafford.

Goals from Javier Hernandez and Wayne Rooney in the first half looked to have put the Red Devils on the road to an easy win but a second half fightback saw goals from Eden Hazard and Ramires force a replay.

Hernandez put United 1-0 up within five minutes of kick-off with a well-placed header and Rooney followed it up with a superb free-kick to send then into the break 2-0 up.

But Rafael Benitez reshuffled his side and introduced Hazard to the play and the Belgian promptly produced a stunning effort from long range to claw a goal back.

Ramires then tucked away Chelsea’s second of the evening thanks to a Oscar assist and Chelsea almost snatched a winner but David de Gea denied Hazard in the 90th minute.
