Real Madrid boss José Mourinho has admitted that a return to Milan would be good for Kaká.
The Brazilian playmaker was close to returning to Italy this month, after admitting he is unhappy in Madrid, but vice-President Adriano Galliani conceded that the initial deal was called off due to ‘fiscal reasons’.
However, it’s believed talks between the two clubs over a potential deal for the playmaker are still ongoing, as Milan are keen for a resolution.
Mourinho has now stated that he believes the 30-year-old would be happier with a return to San Siro.
“First of all I want Kaká to be happy,” he told a Press conference. “I think Milan would be a good solution for him.
“For now though, he remains a Madrid player.”
Kaká has failed to secure a regular first team place under the Portuguese coach and came close to leaving the Santiago Bernabéu during the summer transfer window.
