Bordeaux striker Jussiê believes Paris Saint-Germain are yet to impress in Ligue 1 despite spending huge sums of money on transfers this summer.

PSG boss Carlo Ancelotti went on a €150 million spending spree this summer to build his new side, which includes paying €86 million for Brazilian internationals Thiago Silva and Lucas Moura.

He also signed Ezequiel Lavezzi for €31 million and Zlatan Ibrahimovic for €19 million, but despite these huge sums of money Jussiê is not convinced.

The Brazilian forward, who has been playing in France for seven years, said: PSG have a lot of ambition.

“They buy who they want when they want, but they are going through a period of adjustment.

“They have not convinced but have great players, the best of France in each position.

“It is like Real Madrid which has a big team and a great trainer but they did not play like Barça.”

PSG are currently top of Ligue 1 after ten games and boast an unbeaten record this season.

However, the team are heavily reliant on striker Ibrahimovic, who has scored 12 goals, and have put in some unimpressive performances.
