Porto’s Alex Sandro warns his teammates to prepare for a difficult match ahead of tonight’s clash against PSG.

Sandro, 21, told reporters ahead of tonight’s game: “It will be a well-played game between two strong teams, large and well known.

“It is a game of concentration and who errs less will leave with the victory.

“The team and I are well prepared. We realise it will be difficult, but we have the support of our fans and this will help us.”

This will only be Alex’s second appearance in the Champions League after making his debut for Porto against Dynamo Zagreb in which he created a goal for teammate Lucho González.

“It’s a competition that everyone dreams of playing. The dream was realised and I was happy to have made the first goal. It was important to me.”

The left back could not contain his delight at his recent call up to the Seleção:

“It is an honor and pride to wear the shirt. It’s always a dream to represent Brazil. Being selected is good for my career and it’s proof that I’m doing a good job.”

The Brazilian is expected to start at left back in tonight’s Champions League clash between Porto and PSG which kicks off at 7:45pm.
