Fluminense have joined Atlético Mineiro at the top of the Campeonato Brasileiro after defeating Sport Recife 1-0 in Rio de Janeiro.

Nàutico have lifted themselves up to tenth in the Brasileirão after beating Bahia 1-0 at home.

São Paulo 3-0 Ponte Preta
After losing their last three games on the bounce, São Paulo got back to winning ways against Ponte Preta at the Morumbi.
