The agent and brother of Alessandro Del Piero has dismissed speculation suggesting that the forward has come to decision on where he will ply his trade next season.
The 37-year-old, who has earned 91 caps for Italy, is currently a free agent after his contract with Juventus expired at the end of the 2011-12 campaign.
Reports have suggested that Del Piero is close to sealing a move to Flamengo, but his representative has hinted that the player is interested in a switch to the United States.
”There are no concrete situations yet, but some offers have been rejected whilst others have not,” Stefano Del Piero told Calciomercato. ”The championship doesn’t matter, but the project does.
”Alessandro has always said that the United States holds a particular fascination.”
