The Brazilian international spoke at a press conference ahead of Sundays Club World Cup final and admitted it will be the most important game of his career.

”This will be the most important game not just of my career, but to all my team-mates and to the club too. This is the game that will make history in football, but I’m not nervous, I’m calm. I know  they are a really great team, but regardless of the level of the opponent, the important thing is to play football,” Neymar explained.

The nineteen year old is also well aware that Barcelona are expected to have the majority share of possession, but Neymar insists he’s ready to help his team-mates win back the ball.

”For those who like to play it’s difficult not getting a touch of the ball, you want to be on the ball always. We will have to play without the ball and we will need to show good movement to open up spaces for our team-mates.”

”Tomorrow I’ll do what I always do, helping my team-mates with or without the ball, but I’m not the only one in the team that can define the game,” the striker said.
